District 5 - Applications filed by The Riverstone Group, LLC, PWC Properties, LLC and West Creek Associates, LLC requesting zoning reclassification of Assessor’s Parcel No. 64-1-85 (GPIN 7724-54-217) and 64-1-41 (GPIN 7724-73-5140) totaling 7.53 acres from A-2 to M-1 with proffers to add the acreage to West Creek Business Park. Applicants are also requesting to amend West Creek existing proffers to delete the 1,000’ setback for commercial along Patterson Avenue and to amend buffers requirements along Patterson Ave. The Patterson Avenue frontage is located within the Route 6 Entrance Corridor Overlay District.
