    Kids will have fun learning new and exciting gymnastics skills and terminology. They will learn how to safely tumble, leap, and swing while learning to focus on coordination, balance, strength, and body awareness.

    Students will learn techniques including kicking, punching, blocking, sparring, and partner work. Emphasis is on philosophy and discipline of the martial arts to increase student's self-confidence and physical condition. $25 one time Karate association fee taken at the door for first time.
