District 1 PRE-2019-00018 Application filed Cellco Partnership (d/b/a Verizon Wireless) requesting a Conditional Use Permit to construct a 229’ wireless communication facility (lattice tower) on Cozy Acres Lane off of Forest Grove Road on Tax Map No. 12-23-0-D-0. The property is zoned A-1 (Agricultural, General) and is 7.83 acres. The Conditional Use Permit is required by Article 2, Section 3 (3) of the Goochland County Zoning Ordinance. The Comprehensive Plan designate this area as Rural Enhancement Area.

More than two members of the Goochland County Board of Supervisors and/or the Goochland County Planning Commission may attend this meeting; if so, it will be considered a special meeting to discuss the application(s), but no votes or action will be taken by either body.
