District 4 PRE-2020-00022 Application by HHHunt Mosaic, LLC requesting a proffer amendment to rezoning case RZ-2017-00001 to allow for a revised Conceptual Plan for Mosaic at West Creek. The property is zoned RPUD (Residential, Planned Unit Development). The Comprehensive Plan designates this area as Prime Economic Development.

More than two members of the Goochland County Board of Supervisors and/or the Goochland County Planning Commission may attend this meeting; if so, it will be considered a special meeting to discuss the application(s), but no votes or action will be taken by either body.
