2022 District 5; District 5 PRE-2022- 00013 Application by Marion & Jonathan Kastenbaum requesting a Conditional Use Permit for Accessory family housing unit, detached on 4.527 acres at 650 Meadow Ridge Lane on Tax Map No. 62-31-B-7-0. The property is zoned Residential, Rural (R-R). The Conditional Use Permit is required by the Goochland County Zoning Ordinance Section 15-132. The Comprehensive Plan designates this area as Rural Enhancement Area.

More than two members of the Goochland County Board of Supervisors and/or the Goochland County Planning Commission may attend this meeting; if so, it will be considered a special meeting to discuss the application(s), but no votes or action will be taken by either body.
