Community Meeting - Benedictine Society - 12829 River Road

A Community Meeting has been scheduled for PRE-2023-00020, an application by Benedictine Society of VA requesting a Conditional Use Permit for Girls Softball field and related facilities on 49.839 acres at 12829 River Road on Tax Map No. 66-1-0-2-0. The property is zoned Agricultural, Limited (A-2). The Conditional Use Permit is required by Goochland County Zoning Ordinance Section 15-112.  The Comprehensive Plan designates this area as Semi Public. The Community Meeting will be held on May 30, 2023, at 6 p.m. at Saint Gertrude High School.
