[ARCHIVED] VDOT Highway Alerts for the week of May 5-12 2017

VDOT Highway Alert

The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) Richmond District has released its forecast of road construction that could cause delays from May 5 through May 12, 2017.

Below are the projects within Goochland County, the full list is available via the link below.

Fairground Rd. (Rt. 632) - Paving - May 7

There will be alternating lanes closed on Fairground Rd. (Rt.632) between Broad Street Rd. (Rt. 250) and Sandy Hook Rd. (Rt. 522) from 7 p.m.-7 a.m. on May 7th for paving.

Saint James St. (Rt. 6) - Pavement Marking - May 9-10

There will be alternating lanes closed on Saint James St. (Rt. 6) between Columbia Rd. and the Goochland County line from 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. on May 9-10 for pavement marking.

Cartersville Rd. (Rt. 45) - Pavement Marking - May 8

There will be alternating lanes closed on Cartersville Rd. (Rt. 45) between the Cumberland County line and Davis Mill Rd. from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. on May 8 for pavement marking.

Broad Street Rd. (Rt. 250) - Pavement Marking - May 11

There will be alternating lanes closed on Broad St. Rd. (Rt. 250) between Three Chopt Rd. and Fairground Rd. from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. on May 11 for pavement marking.
