[ARCHIVED] Chickahominy Health District Offering COVID-19 Vaccines on Aug. 10th For Ages 6 mo. - 5 yrs. of Age

Chickahominy Health District - Kids COVID Clinic - August 10 2022

The Chickahominy Health District will be back at the Goochland Health Department on Wednesday, August 10, providing COVID-19 vaccines exclusively for children between the ages of 6 months and 5 years. This clinic is Appointments Only!

Families can schedule an appointment for a COVID-19 vaccine clinic for ages 6 months through 5 years on Wednesday, August 10th from 2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. at the Goochland Health Department located at 1800 Sandy Hook Rd., Goochland, VA 23063.

  • Moderna:  6 months - 5 years
  • Pfizer:  6 months - 4 years

Chickahominy Health District - Kids COVID Clinic - August 10 2022

Those wishing to get their children vaccinated at a Chickahominy Health District clinic (either at the Local Health Department or at one of the special community-based clinics) should make an appointment by contacting the district’s COVID-19 Call Center: 804-365-3240 or by requesting an appointment online: https://tinyurl.com/VaxCHD. The district will be holding special clinics – catered for this youngest age group – during the months of July and August. These health district clinics will be conducted by appointment only and a parent and/or guardian must accompany their children.

For additional COVID-19 vaccination options, please visit vaccinate.virginia.gov or call 877-VAX-IN-VA (877-829-4682), Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (TTY users can call 711). Assistance is available in English, Spanish, and more than 100 other languages.
