Upcoming Board of Supervisors Meeting

The Goochland County Board of Supervisors will hold a CIP Work Session on Monday, December 8 at 2:00 PM in Room 270 at the County Administration Building.

Blood Drive Scheduled for Thursday, December 11

Department of Fire-Rescue and Emergency Services to Host Community Blood Drive

To help support their Whole Blood Program, Goochland County Department of Fire-Rescue and Emergency Services will hold a blood drive in partnership with Inova Blood Donor Services on Thursday, December 11, from noon to 5pm at the Goochland Sports Complex. Read more.

Goochland County Offices Christmas Closures

Goochland County Offices and Animal Shelter and Adoption Center will be closed Wednesday, December 24th through Friday, December 26th for the Christmas holiday.

Convenience Centers will only be closed Wednesday, December 24th and Thursday, December 25.

Parks & Recreation will also be closed on Saturday, December 27 and Sunday, December 28.

The Goochland Branch Library will be closed Wednesday, December 24th through Friday, December 26th.

All Central Virginia Waste Management Authority residential curbside recycling collections will be on a one-day delay the week of Christmas. Goochland's RED Friday curbside recycling pickup will move to Saturday, December 27th.
