Yin Yoga is a slower, passive, yoga practice that targets the deepest tissues of the body, the connective tissue and fascia. This improves energy, range of motion and promotes healthy organs and muscles. For all experience levels. Veterans and First Responders are free. Register in office and show your ID badge.

Yoga with a twist (literally!) A flow consisting of stimulating stretching, restorative postures, and relaxing breath work to compliment any strength training or high intensity workouts. Also great for runners, golfers, and more.

Come work on building your strength! This class is for ages 12+ and is for anyone looking for a way to get into, or returning to, the world of fitness. There will be no class on October 10th.

Did you know?...Keeping your dog fit, flexible, and mentally stimulated helps extend their lifespan and quality of life? In this class we will explore the foundation elements and principles behind canine fitness work...the how's, why's, in's, and outs of all things fitness related. There will be a few props/equipment needs for this class that will be discussed the first week. Dogs should be 6 months or older and injury free to participate in this class.

Zumba is a dance fitness format that will include pop, hip hop, and international music with dance rhythms that incorporate interval exercises. These dances will help you tone target areas on your body and absolutely increase your confidence as this class is a judgment free zone. This party is for everyone regardless of their fitness level. The goal is to have fun and keep moving!

This class is ideal for dogs who are 10+ months of age, who have a little bit of training, but perhaps need a clean up of training skills, or help getting started, or trouble shooting new behaviors that have shown up as the puppies hit the dreaded teenager phase! Once foundations are established, teams will begin to be challenged with distractions, new settings and new skills!

In this class, we will take the skills learned in Teenager I and II and put them to the test. Teams will see a variety of challenges and distractions, new situations in the world and learn how to work through those more challenging scenarios.

Did you know that keeping your dog fit and healthy can help extend your dogs life AND improve their quality of life? In this class, teams will start learning baseline fitness foundation skills, how to work a K9 fitness program and other ways to keep your pup fit and healthy!! There will be a few pieces of equipment needed for teams to acquire - details will be provided the first week of class

This class is geared towards young puppies, approximately 4-8 months of age. During this class, we will discuss guidelines for setting your puppy up for success, begin work on foundation training components, troubleshooting puppyhood!, beginning of leash work for loose leash walking, name recognition, body handling, impulse control and much more!

By instructor permission only. Teams in this class will have had prior training in teaching tricks and dogs will be working on their trick titles that are Advanced/Expert or higher.

Zumba Gold is a modified form of Zumba for active older adults that recreates the original Zumba moves at a lower intensity.

This class is geared towards young puppies, approximately 4-8 months of age. During this class, we will discuss guidelines for setting your puppy up for success, begin work on foundation training components, troubleshooting puppyhood!, beginning of leash work for loose leash walking, name recognition, body handling, impulse control and much more!

Teams participating in this class, will need to have competed our Teenager I class OR have instructor permission to join. Teams should have a good handler/dog bond and working relationship. Dogs in this class will be challenged with more duration of skills, more types/levels of distractions, as well, working with food OFF the human?s body and also working on more reliable verbal cues and skills.

Come work on building your strength! This class is for ages 12+ and is for anyone looking for a way to get into, or returning to, the world of fitness.

This class is geared towards dogs who are 6-10 months of age, who are beyond the puppy stage and have perhaps had a little training, but may just be starting on their training journey. Eye contact, handler focus, name recognition, recall, de-jumping, counter surfing, impulse control and leash walking will be the focus skills of this class, appropriate to the age of the dogs enrolled.

In this class, we will take the skills learned in Teenager I and II and put them to the test. Teams will see a variety of challenges and distractions, new situations in the world and learn how to work through those more challenging scenarios.

This class will guide experienced teams through the exercises of the AKC CGC test and exercises of the Alliance of Therapy Dog test. Teams should be well established in training for this class, and have an understanding of the skills required for the CGC and Therapy Dog tests. Discussion and practical execution of the skills will be the main focus of this class. Teams will have the option for testing for CGC and/or Therapy Dog at the end of the session.

Tricks is a fantastic way to do some continued training and engaging with your pup! In this class teams will learn various training methods, used to teach a variety of tricks. Tricks learned will be from the Novice and Intermediate trick lists from either/or AKC or Do More With Your Dog. Trick titles may be tested for and earned at the end of the 6 week session!!

This class is geared towards dogs who have taken our Puppy 101 class (or similar prior training) but still have a dog learning the foundations and basics. This class will be a continuum of skills started in Puppy 101, but still in progress and appropriate for the age of the dogs.

This class will guide experienced teams through the exercises of the AKC CGC test and exercises of the Alliance of Therapy Dog test. Teams should be well established in training for this class, and have an understanding of the skills required for the CGC and Therapy Dog tests. Every week we will go through a series of warm-ups and games with no scripts, using the power of our minds and imagination.
