Central Virginia Waste Management Authority is experiencing a delay in residential curbside recycling pickup. They announced on 1/18 Goochland's Red Friday (Jan. 14th) recycling pickup will occur on Thursday, Jan. 20th and finish on Friday, Jan. 21st .

New Expanded Sunday Hours Announced for Goochland County’s Convenience Centers

Goochland County is excited to announce new expanded Sunday hours at the county’s two Convenience Centers beginning in January 2022.

On Friday, December 17, 2021, Goochland County released Goochland’s Proposed Redistricting Map that proposes revisions to the boundaries of the county’s five election districts to ensure equal representation for county voters in future elections.
