In the event that Goochland County government offices are closed due to inclement weather and/or emergency situations at the time set aside for a pre-bid meeting and/or the published bid opening or for a pre-proposal meeting and/or receipt of proposals, the pre-bid meeting, pre-proposal meeting and/or published due date will default to the next open business day at the same time.
