The intent and purpose of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”), and the resulting contract, is to obtain Construction Advisory Services from qualified firm(s) or individual(s) to assist in the schedule management, risk identification and mitigation, infrastructure and utility coordination, and interagency review and communication, while facilitating effective coordination among County departments, external agencies, the end user, and design and construction teams with company and Goochland County, Virginia (the “County”).
