Update on TC Energy's Maintenance Activity in eastern Goochland.  TC Energy informed Goochland County that they would be conducting unscheduled maintenance activity at their natural gas compressor station in Eastern Goochland near the intersection of Hermitage Road and Tuckahoe Creek Parkway between the afternoon of Sunday, December 3, 2023 through at least Thursday, December 7th, 2023.

Specifically, TC Energy anticipates blowing down a small section of pipe beginning on Sunday, December 3rd with work continuing during the week at least through the evening of Thursday, December 7th, 2023.   Residents will likely hear loud noises emanating from the compressor station during this period, there is no cause for alarm. 

Additionally, Residents will likely hear loud noises when TC Energy repressurizes the sections of pipe they blew down. TC Energy is aiming to complete all work as quickly as possible and limit loud noises as best as possible, but residents may hear loud noises during this time period.
