[ARCHIVED] Section of Danieltown Road in Goochland to Be Closed for Pipe Replacement on March 16th

Section of Danieltown Road - Pipe Replacement - March 16 2024

Weather permitting, The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) will close a section of Route 687 (Danieltown Road) between Route 6 (River Road) and Route 608 (Davis Mill Road) for a pipe replacement project. The closure will take place from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. on Saturday, March 16.

Drivers should follow the posted detour route:

Northbound Traffic: Take Route 6 (River Road West), west to Route 606 (Hadensville Fife Road), North to Route 608 (Davis Mill Road), east back to Route 687 (Danieltown Road)
Southbound Traffic: Take Route 608 (Davis Mill Road), west to Route 606 (Hadensville Fife Road), south to Route 6 (River Road West), east back to Route 687 (Danieltown Road)
