[ARCHIVED] VDOT Contractor to Perform Nighttime Geotechnical Field Work at the I-64 and Ashland Rd. Interchange

Nighttime Field Work - I-64 and Ashland Road Interchange

A Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) contractor will be performing nighttime geotechnical field work along the Interstate 64 (I-64) and Ashland Road (Rte. 623) interchange between the hours of 6:30 PM to 5:30 AM beginning on Sunday, August 18th. The geotechnical field work will impact both directions of travel.

This work is set to occur between August 18th and September 20th during the hours of 6:30 PM and 5:30 AM. It is being done as part of the preliminary engineering for the Ashland Road (Rte. 623) and I-64 Divergent Diamond Interchange project which you can learn more about at https://www.goochlandva.us/1243/Transportation-Projects.
