[ARCHIVED] Goochland County Names Paul Williams as the New Director of Information Technology

Goochland County Announces Paul Williams as Director of Information of Technology

Goochland County has named Paul Williams as the new Director of Information Technology.

Williams holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and computing from the University of Aston, is a Chartered Accountant, and a certified PRINCE2 project manager. He brings with him over 20 years of experience in Information Technology leadership.

Most recently, he served as the Chief Information Officer for Virginia ABC, where he completed their system modernization earlier this year. Williams has lived in the US since 1999, and proudly became a US citizen in 2023.

He will officially begin his role with Goochland County on October 7^th, 2024.
