[ARCHIVED] RZ-2024-00009 Application by HHHunt Mosaic LLC - 30-Day Deferral Request

RZ-2024-00009 Application by HHHunt Mosaic, LLC requesting a proffer amendment to adopt a new conceptual plan relating only to three lots on 7.513 acres, at the intersection of Mosaic Creek Blvd. and Broad Branch Dr., on Tax Map No. 58-54-0-4-0. The property was part of proffered conceptual plans previously approved with cases RZ-2017-00001 and RZ-2017-00001A. The property is zoned Residential Planned Unit Development (RPUD) with proffered conditions. The Comprehensive Plan designates this area as Prime Economic Development.

Staff recommends deferral of this public hearing application to November 21, 2024 Planning Commission Meeting to provide additional time to evaluate updated proffer(s) and conceptual plan, and to prepare the staff report and other packet documents for the Planning Commission based upon the revised submittal.
