Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) has notified the County that paving related work will occur overnight along Broad Street Road (Rt. 250) between Oilville Road (Rt. 617) and eastern Three Chopt Road (Rt. 612), starting on the evening of Sunday, September 10th and will last through Wednesday, September 20th. All work is scheduled to occur during overnight hours except for temporary lane markings that will occur during the day.
During this time there will be alternating lane closures overnight along Broad Street Road (Rt. 250) between Oilville Road (Rt. 617) and eastern Three Chopt Road(Rt. 612) for paving-related operations. The work zone will be a flagging operation with the use of a pilot truck, drivers can expect travel delays overnight. Please use caution when traveling in the area and stay alert for changing traffic patterns.
