[ARCHIVED] Hockett Road Culvert Pipe Replacement Project Scheduled for July 1st

Hockett Road Closure

On Monday, July 1st, VDOT will be replacing a culvert pipe Hockett Road (Rte 623) in the eastern end of Goochland. A detour will be in place, however, be aware of the potential for delays. Work is expected to be completed by the end of the day on July 2nd, weather permitting.

Drivers should follow the posted detour route:

Northbound Traffic: Take Route 6 (River Road West), west to Route 621 (Manakin Road), north to Route 668 (Snead Road), south to Route 623 (Hockett Road).

Southbound Traffic: Take Route 668 (Snead Road), north to Route 668 (Snead Road), to Route 621 (Manakin Road), south to Route 6 (River Road), west to Route 623 (Hockett Road).
