[ARCHIVED] GOOCHLAND REST AREA TO CLOSE DURING OVERNIGHT HOURS FOR PAVING ON I-64 WEST

VDOT Highway Alert

All work is weather dependent.

 

Drivers who wish to stop along I-64 west can use the rest areas located at mile marker 213, the New Kent Safety Rest Area West or mile marker 113 at the Charlottesville Safety Rest Area West in Albemarle County.

 

Anyone with questions can call VDOT’s customer service center at 800-FOR-ROAD (800367-7623). For more information about Virginia’s rest areas, please visit http://www.virginiadot.org/travel/map-rest-area.asp. For the latest real-time traffic information or road conditions, call 511 or visit http://www.511virginia.org.
