VDOT Highway Alert

The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) Richmond District has released its forecast of road construction/closures that could cause delays from August 17 - 24, 2018.


One project is planned within Goochland County, the full list including other localities is available via the link below.


Cartersville Rd. (Rt. 45) near the James River - CSX work - August 22 - 23

Cartersville Rd. (Rt. 45) will be closed near the James River from 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. August 22 - 23 for CSX work. Use posted detour route.
