The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) Richmond District has released its forecast of road construction/closures that could cause delays from March 8 - 15, 2019.
Two projects are planned that will impact travel in and to Goochland County. The full list of projects including other localities is available via the link below.
Route 288 south between I-64 and Patterson Ave. (Rt. 6) - Pothole patching - March 15
There will be alternating lanes closed on Route 288 south between I-64 and Patterson Ave. (Rt. 6) from 9 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. on March 15 for pothole patching.
I-64 east between Shannon Hill (mm 148) and Route 288 (mm 175) - Pothole patching - March 15
There will be alternating lanes closed on I-64 east between Shannon Hill (mile marker 148) and Route 288 (mile marker 175) from 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m. on March 15 for pothole patching.
