Columbia Road (Route 690) Closure – November 4th (7AM - 5PM)
Columbia Road (Route 690) in Fluvanna County will be closed at the railroad crossing on Wednesday, November 4th from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. to facilitate a CSX railroad repair project.
Drivers can use the posted detour during the closure:
- Northbound Columbia Rd. (Rt. 690): Take Columbia Rd. (Rt.690) south to Cartersville Rd (Rt. 45) north to River Road West (Rt. 6) west back to Columbia Rd. (Rt. 690).
- Southbound Columbia Rd. (Rt. 690): Take River Rd. (Rt. 6) east to Cartersville Rd. (Rt. 45) south back to Columbia Rd (Rt. 690).
