Do you know what to do in an emergency? If not, come join Goochland’s Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) for their FREE 22-Hour Training Class starting on April 3rd, 2023.
In an emergency, learn how to help yourself, your family, friends, and neighbors! Examples of what you will learn including making a disaster kit, performing light search & rescue, and working as a team in an emergency.
Hosted by Goochland County Fire-Rescue and Emergency Services and the Goochland CERT, the next Goochland CERT Course starts on April 3rd and will meet on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. with one Saturday class on May 6 or May 13 – to be discussed on the first night of class and class time to be confirmed.

The CERT Training Class will meet at Henley Fire-Rescue Training Center located at 2485 Old Courthouse Road, Goochland, VA 23063.
