Having a problem with a provider?
Are you having a problem with a broadband or cellular provider? Below is a list of the avenues to report problems to broadband and cellular providers including via the phone, internet, and social media. It is important to provide as much detail and description when reporting problems (e.g. when is the issue occurring, how long has it been occurring, etc.).
Providers will normally issue you a “help or trouble ticket number” when reporting a problem, make sure to ask for it if they don’t initially provide it. The “help or trouble ticket number” will be helpful when following up on your problem with the provider.
As you are reporting your problem it may become necessary to escalate your issue to a higher-level provider representative or level of customer service. The majority of providers have multiple levels of customer service which are meant to handle routine or normal issues at the lowest level and increase to focus on more complicated or technically difficult issues at the higher.
If you are unable to have your problem addressed by the provider or you feel your issue warrants additional attention after going through the steps below, feel free to reach out to the county via this form Broadband & Cellular Needs and Issues Form to share your issue and the efforts you have already completed. The county cannot guarantee we will be able to resolve the issue but will try to provide any additional assistance we can to help you reach a resolution. It is important though for citizens to first address the problem with providers before engaging the county.
