[ARCHIVED] Goochland County Adjusted Proffer Amounts – Effective July 1st

Adjusted Cash Proffers Effective July 2025

Effective July 1st, 2025, all new building permits applied for on a lot subject to a cash proffer will be subject to adjusted cash proffer amounts. The adjustment accounts for inflation in the last fiscal year (FY25).
