*Community Service
You may be able to perform community service to satisfy some or all your Court costs and fines. Please speak to the Circuit Court Criminal Court Services about petitioning the Court to request Community Service work to help pay for your fines and costs.
*SS/SSI Income
If you alert this court your sole financial resource is a Social Security benefit or Supplemental Income, you will not be required to pay until you have another resource or income. As long as your sole income remains unchanged, your account will not go to collections. Restitution that you have been ordered to pay, is not included in this exemption and is due as the court has ordered.
