Subdivision Ordinance Update

Goochland County is starting the process of rewriting its Subdivision Ordinance to streamline, update, and ensure the ordinance aligns with state law and current county practices and procedures.

An initial Community Meeting was held on Wednesday, May 29, 2024, in order for the community to meet the staff working on the project, learn about the project and its timeline, and provide any feedback they may have about the current ordinance.
